At Klay Baybay, every pair of earrings is handcrafted with care from high-quality polymer clay and finished with lightweight, nickel-free materials. Because earrings are personal wear items, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

That said, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any quality issues with your order, please contact us at kimmie@klaybaybay.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund.

• Earrings must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement or refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
